Update:
The owner contacted us. He apologized and seemed genuinely concerned. He sent some one out to check our water softener within hours. Once here, Mike M. was very cordial, thorough and explanatory about the business and our water softener. Fixed an issue with our water softener and will follow up checking some other things next week.
This is the personal service that convinced us to purchase our commercial water softener 10 yrs. ago, from EcoWater/Axis, which is five star service. Thank you.

We bought our water softener system (commercial unit) about 10 years a go from Ecowater Systems. We had Mike as a salesman who went above and beyond service and great knowledgeable technicians who would come out when needed.
Since Axis has taken over Ecowater , the knowledge and service has deteriorated tremendously. No one seems to have any knowledgeable answers for our questions....They should have our records from the system we bought (expensive commercial system) in order to look at. They cannot answer any questions we have in regards to our system, which tells us they now have no records of our system for whatever reason.
We called at least two months ago because of cloudy water. Do you know when they called us back? Today. Two months plus ago, we called. Does that sound like service to you? All we received was a quick apology. Apologies are nothing when the same offense keeps happening.......that is actually called lying.
I would steer clear of Axis if interested in buying a water softening system... Heck, steer clear even if you need maintenance. If they can't call back for months and can never answer questions, you are certainly no worse off. Water softening systems are too much of an investment to have fly by night service. You've been warned.
